Kennedy as real estate development services company, providing consulting services for the commercial and residential markets. John Kennedy has over 40 years hands-on experience in management and marketing of construction/real estate development related companies with the focus on property rehabilitation and historic rehabilitation. Services provided across the US, primarily in the Southern States. Services include property acquisition, market analysis, design development, budget and financial cost analysis using tax credit incentives and construction management. Today the primary focus is on the historic rehabilitation of historic property as apartments, independent living, assisted living, residential housing, and retail space.

Schneider Historic Preservation, LLC provides a full range of historic preservation consulting services and was established by David B. Schneider in 1999. David Schneider's professional historic preservation career spans 40 years, during which time he has successfully completed a diverse range of projects for both private and public sector clients in fifteen states and one other country. He specializes in community preservation planning, design review in historic districts, historic resource documentation, and the certification of projects for historic rehabilitation tax credits.
